Due to system maintenance for the onboarding of the BCOM Joyful Retirement MPF Scheme to the eMPF Platform on 3 September 2024 , the iMPF service of our website and mobile app is temporarily suspended starting from 27 August 2024 until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

With effect from 3 September 2024, the scheme administration services of BCOM Joyful Retirement MPF Scheme are performed by the eMPF Platform. Participating employers and scheme members need to submit MPF administration instructions and manage the registered MPF accounts in the eMPF Platform via the eMPF Web Portal (www.empf.org.hk) or eMPF Mobile App.

Instructions can also be submitted by paper-based means to the eMPF Platform by post, fax, email or in person. You can obtain the paper instruction forms from eMPF Service Centres or download from eMPF.org.hk/forms/en. Please refer to the table below for further information:
